About FeedbackHawk

FeedbackHawk was founded by Johan Fernquist, an engineer from Bålsta, Sweden, who noticed an injustice: good businesses lose customers to competitors who aren't actually better – just more visible on Google. A hairdresser with happy customers but four reviews loses out to the salon around the corner with fifty, even if the service is worse.

FeedbackHawk exists to level the playing field. You shouldn't have to lose customers just because you don't have time to chase reviews.

FeedbackHawk is a trade name operated by Johan Fernquist, sole proprietorship (enskild firma) registered in Sweden.
